Stephen Metcalf manages to combine a whole slew of my interests and rants (housep*orn, Jane Austen, Orson Welles, romance) into a cohesive narrative of Houseblogging

Yeah, I've always wanted to be an Austenian heroine. He made our story sound so much more romantic and exciting than it was in person.
It was a great article - it's nice to be compared to literature...my English degree can come in useful. ;)
